Shipping and Returns

Orders are only shipped within the UK, for postal purposes the UK includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. A standard shipping fee of £5.50 per order is charged. An additional charge of £2.00 will be made for guaranteed  Saturday deliverys.  Although we endeavour to keep delivery schedules as efficient and cost effective as possible, we can not be held responsible for postal delays experienced.

Orders placed by 3pm Monday - Thursday are usually dispatched the same day, orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Mondays unless requested otherwise, orders placed at the weekends will also be dispatched on Monday. Where their is a bank holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day.

How will it be delivered?

All items destined for UK addresses are dispached in plain packaging by First Class Recorded Mail, usually within 48hrs. However please allow 7 working days before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

Returns

Due to the nature of these products and from a health and safety point of view, no returnes can be accepted, or refunds given. As returns will not be re-sold under any circumstances, for the protection of our customers.
